Ben Mellett is the Senior Vice President, Fraud and Client Account Management at CIBC with responsibility for Fraud Strategy, Analytics, Investigations and Operations and the Enterprise Client Authentication program and strategy in addition to Collections and Client Disputes. He has held numerous previous executive roles at CIBC in areas including large scale Program Delivery and Process Re-engineering. Prior to joining CIBC in 2005, he worked at Celestica, IBM, and Proctor & Gamble.
